On occasion, I do get my act together enough to do some meal prepping. On deck for this rainy Sunday = breakfast smoothies

This recipe is designed to make 4 at a time, which lasts my husband and I 2 days so I try to make 2 batches at a time.

24 oz + 1/2 C filtered water
16 oz coconut water
4 T whole flax seed
4 T hemp seed
4 t maca powder
4 t cocoa powder
4 t diatomaceous earth
2 T fiber powder
4 T matcha powder
2 scoops protein powder
4 t cream of tartar
2 t Celtic sea salt
2 lemons
4 T chlorofresh
1/4 C apple cider vinegar
2 C fruit (can add 4 drops stevia if the fruit doesn’t provide enough sweetness)
2 C leafy greens
4 stalks celery
2 inches ginger
1 avocado

Pour 1/2 cup of water in the blender. Divide the remaining water and coconut water evenly among 4 large mason jars.

Turn the blender on the lowest setting and add all powdered ingredients, seeds, and remaining liquid ingredients. Turn blender off.

Add remaining ingredients. This should fill the blender almost to the top. Blend on increasingly higher speeds until fully blended and smooth.

Divide evenly among mason jars. Cap the jars and shake to combine. Store in fridge for up to 3 days.

📝 Adding most of the liquid to the jars instead of the blender allows me to make more smoothies per batch. If you don’t need to make 4 at a time, cut the recipe appropriately and add all the liquid to the blender instead.
